DOC ICON Mobile provides community corrections personnel real-time mobile access to case management information. Established through a relationship with Iowa Department of Corrections and ATG, the system ensures officers have real-time access to alerts critical to staff safety. The application provides mobile access to information that is most needed by staff such as case notes, offenses, security standard results, contacts, etc. The application improves staff work flow and facilitates greater direct supervision and interaction with offenders.
