Terrible
After 30 minutes the remote went back in the box and will be returned. The app will only stay connected to the remote for a few seconds, then it loses the remote and you have to start all over again. This doesn’t give you enough time to set up a device. Having used Logitech remotes, I was hoping for a similar experience. This is no where even close. Run away from this app and remote to save your sanity!

Keeps Crashing
This may be the best remote in the world but I’ll never k ow because the install app is a piece of junk. Constantly crashes, have to start from beginning each time, gave up after using iPad and iPhone. How this app passed QA I’ll never understand.
Terrible app
It simply does not work. Buttons disappear. Text disappears. And if somehow you manage to get through a device setup, it then doesn’t transfer to the remote. Cannot believe this even got released!

I wanted to know the code for my virgin box. Very easy question but no way that I could ask it.
App Not Functioning Properly
App stops pairing with remote constantly. Even when it does, it doesn’t allow me to enter model numbers of devices. I bought the remote to help me set up multiple pieces of equipment but the remote itself doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do so I’m not surprised the app is also non functional.
Horrible experience. Dropped all settings & no backup
This app is so disappointing. Had to change batteries on my remote & lost all settings. App only gets settings instead of keeping them as a backup so you can restore them.
Trying to setup again and none of my device models are listed AND no models even show in the display area.
I originally persisted despite the terrible software but no longer as it’s gone from bad to horrible.

Horrible app does not work on iPhone

Absolutely useless. Nothing works and no help.
None of the apps appear to help, and no instructions are clear thrown the whole lot in the rubbish bin and moved on
works 40% of time
Used the app to set up my new one for all remote. It was able to set up my LG TV and AT&T cable box, unable to set up Apple TV, Sony sound bar and Sony blu-ray player. Also unable to enter model numbers via the app(keyboard wouldn’t appear). Probably steer clear of this remote
Update your app
I have one controller and I bought another one. But I can’t find a way to transfer the settings from one to the other one. This would be a good feature to have in the app.
