App isn’t working for me

Hi there, we're really sorry to hear of the problems you've had with our app. Unfortunately we had a problem with our database. This has now been fixed, please may I ask you to try restoring your purchases inside the app? To do this visit the 'Restore Purchases' section in the sidebar. If you're still having problems, please email us at appsupport@immediate.co.uk and we can look into this for you.

This is an updated review. After the glitch was fixed allowing all back issues to be downloaded, I am now giving the magazine 5 stars. I love the magazine and highly recommend it. It is well done and a pleasure to read. Thank you for fixing the back order issue. First off, I love the magazine and the convenience of having it on my tablet. I subscribed in September of 2016. Part of the reason I subscribed was the free back issues being offered. They are NOT able to be downloaded. After contacting support a few times I was told that they couldn’t do it. I was, and still am, very disappointed by that fact. They did say I could have gotten a refund from Apple, but I decided to keep the subscription because the magazine is great. I would love to have the back issues, at no charge, if they have fixed the problem with downloading them. If it hadn’t been for that I would have given them 5 stars instead of 3.
