I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I consistently receive at your spa. The staff are genuinely great, and I always feel well taken care of.
A special thanks to Simone, Tara from Reception and Richard from the Changing Rooms for their exceptional service and friendliness – they truly go above and beyond.
On another note, I've noticed that the pressure of the hot water in the first shower on the right in the spa area has decreased dramatically, and it seems to be getting worse. I wanted to bring this to your attention.
I also visit other David Lloyd locations, and I believe it's important for the brand that the quality and consistency of facilities are maintained across the board. While a weak shower in the Spa area might not seem significant, it does impact the overall experience, especially when the issue persists for months. I've heard clients mention it, and while I’m not suggesting that this feedback has been ignored, I wanted to bring it to your attention as it could benefit from some attention.
Apart from that, everything else is absolutely fabulous. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience!
