Doesn’t work
Will not allow to schedule a taxi, you can’t navigate back and forth the app, you have to turn on/off your phone to get the home page.
Does not work
I downloaded the app and it didn’t allow me to book a pickup time. I then called the company and they told me I couldn’t schedule a pickup - just call when I was ready for the cab. As I was arriving by train I knew exactly when I would need a ride but they don’t seem to be able to handle this.
Worst App Ever
Totally useless. Not user friendly at all. Does not recall information already entered but substitutes incorrect information from who knows where, and continues to do so no matter how many times correct information is answered. Obviously the company does not care because the overall rating is 1.6 and the written review two years ago is very negative.

App unusable
Tried to start account. Never received code to verify phone after asking for resend. Tried to contact app builder to identify problem and encountered a white screen. If I want to use a taxi in the Vancouver suburbs, I need to wait on phone. App needs work.
Dont use their services
The system is very poor. The customer service is rude and they change the fairs whenever they feel like it. I called for a van and they asked for $20 extra. When it used to be $10 the week before.
Honestly, just use Uber. Uber is safer and the drivers are respectful and if there is any problem, you can report it.

When oh when can we finally get Uber. These taxi companies can’t do anything right.
No answer on their phone line and the app won’t send out the “text verification” to even get into the app. Total joke.
People wonder why there is so much drinking and driving. It’s criminal for the government to hold back Uber when this is our only alternative.

Absolutely horrible App
Downloaded the App, but it never sent the confirmation number. I tried multiple times over the course of many hours, but it failed every time. Thanks for wasting my time Bel Air.
Signup process broken
I signed up, but never received the confirmation text message.
When I try to signup again I receive the error that the phone number is already in use.
App does not provide a password reset.
