Please provide a decent service
Couldn’t input a pick-up destination OR a drop-off destination. Absolute garbage. Can’t wait for uber.
We need Uber
Absolutely ridiculous. The app doesn’t even function to book a taxi! Vancouver needs Uber or Lyft. Anything other than a company that doesn’t function properly!

App Doesn't Work
Unable to set destination or click on anything. Basically can't call a taxi at all.
Embarrassment
Most businesses would be embarrassed to be associated with this useless piece of garbage, but taxi companies in the lower mainland aren’t most businesses. This app is just one more bit of evidence showing we need to allow ride sharing.
Bugs
There are some serious technical issues with this app. I have to reinstall everytime I need to book a cab! Can’t they just fix the bugs .. I mean for the price they charge they should atleast have a decent working app

Having to reinstall the app every time you book a cab is one we want to address right away. Kind of disappointing
Honestly the app is great fast and convenient except for the fact that why would you have the option to order a van when you need to call to book it the reason people use the app is for fast and convenient service and calling a cab is no longer fast and convenient and also some of the cab drivers i’ve had have been extremely rude and condescending one especially made a fuss because I was paying with credit and got visibly frustrated at me for not carrying cash

Garbage
App rarely works anymore. Almost as bad as their customer service.
Crazy that they know Uber and Lyft are probably coming in the near future and they still can’t figure out an app to compete. So happy the monopoly taxi company’s have is coming to an end. Won’t have to deal with greasy cab drivers saying they can’t drive from downtown to Coquitlam. They’re going to get what they deserve here.
