Avoid this lot
I used this company for years and then they went under new management and everything went downhill. If you book a taxi and it get cancelled for whatever reason, you won’t get a refund. I called them multiple times and each time they said to wait to be transferred to the finance department but they came back saying they were unavailable. I emailed and they said my refund was processed but I didn’t receive my money. This went on for over 3 months. They said the bonus points you receive for booking taxis can be used to book again, lies! They don’t work! Avoid this app. To make it worse, most of their drivers are rude and their cars stink. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. This company used to be great, not anymore.

Decent app
The company is good, I pre book all my work taxis for the week and they always pick me up and get me to work on time, sometimes late picking me up to go home but I’d rather it that way around, just a couple of improvements to the app that I would like to see, firstly the option to edit time, date and/destination on pre booked rides without having to cancel and rebook, and also the option to tip your driver, otherwise I’m happy with lucky seven.

As taxi companies go, this one is amazing
All the drivers I have had so far have been polite ,courteous and very prompt,
Today one driver could not see me where I was waiting and actually telephoned me and then insisted on coming to me instead of me walking the very short distance to his taxi.
The fares are amazing and I never feel cheated or ripped off like other companies often do as you are sent a message in advance of what your fare will be.
The app is amazing, do yourself a favour and down load it now, it’s a game changer 😀

Pointless app
Just downloaded the app (I know I should have read the reviews first) what a waste of time I’m going around in circles trying to schedule and pre book a pickup for an airport transfer and every time I try to schedule the booking it says try to pre book but there’s no navigation to enable to pre book and just back to schedule a booking again!! I’ll use one of their competitors now.

Rejects booking and takes money
This has happend everytime recently when using the app, i will make a booking for about an hours time ahead, sometimes longer to give them enough notice, but i book it and they reject it straight away after the money has already come out of my bank. Why take the money out if u r going to reject it
Worst taxi service
App works fine and never really had an issue with it but that doesn’t matter because whenever u book a taxi u need to book it 2 hours before u need to be their because it takes 5 years for someone to accept your ride
Took fair no ride
Had to get too work I booked a taxi for five past five in the morning and got two messages due to high demand your taxi is running late I had two messages saying the same thing and at 5.45 they cancelled my booking and ended up booking with auto cabs who turned up even tho I was now late for work and lucky seven still charged me absolute crap they are rubbish must be worst taxis ever should be called unlucky seven
