Shocking app.
Unlike other apps, you can’t see past visits or future for a service user.
The documents are very hard to read when uploaded.
Constantly says you have things to sign off before clocking out, even when they are all done.
Very slow to update. Changes can take hours to appear.
Useless when you have poor reception, it should save to phone and then update when signal improves. It tries to upload everything when you have 1 bar of 3G signal, taking up the majority of the call.
Might be cheaper for companies than other platforms but imagine it ends up costing a lot more once you factor in all the problem solving.

No gestures working woth iPhone
The iPhone gestures don't work with this app, making it frustrating to use.
Terrible
I previously used ACP I think it was called and that app was so much better. When there is no signal the app continues to buffer meaning you can’t enter in notes or clock out of the visit. You also can’t see the care plan when you have no signal. I now spend my personal time entering client notes. You also can’t add your mileage in. I have no idea why the company I work for decided to use this app.

Fails to load, spend more time watching the circle of doom turn around than doing a call !
Nightmare
Have to use this for work and find it very frustrating, screen totally blank this morning so I have had to delete app and reinstall ( which I have had to do more times than I care to count) it’s rocks from one annoyance to another, what a load of rubbish, we were far better writing log notes ! It seems we are always trying to mend things that aren’t broke ??? Crap crap crap !!!

Needs refining
Generally good but most infuriating when you haven’t yet hit save and then lose everything written.

After numerous updates and after deleting and reinstalling this app is still shocking, unable to do anything as it needs to load for an indefinite amount of time but not always which makes it works, fix your app it’s been going for long enough I could honestly make a better app and there are better ones out there but I have to do what my employers say so I’m stuck with this mess

Loosing all everything you’ve written if you accidentally don’t save as draft is the most annoying and time consuming thing ever! Please can you try and find a way of data not being lost.
Quite clunky to use needs to be more user friendly
This app, although great for what it is intended, is quite clunky in areas. There’s too much loading to be done for everything. As a carer, I have various tasks to complete; up to 8/10 per client. Having to submit each one separately is time consuming when loading takes long. A tick to confirm task is done then submit all would be sufficient.
It could do with a fresher look, being quicker to load, and a bit more user friendly. Having to input your ID code every time is super annoying as well.
My company swapped from paper to this app and it takes me much longer to do with the app. Defeats to object surely?

Logging out problems
On most occasions it doesn’t let me log out first time I try. It takes about 5 to 6 tries before it lets me log out. It tells me I have not completed all my tasks, but I have. I can’t even write this review cause it won’t accept any nickname I choose it keeps saying all are taken ffs.
