Stories are great, app needs work
app is difficult to navigate, hard to track stories you've heard, or just browse everything that's available.
Most frustrating of all: THE STORY STARTS OVER when it is interrupted by a phone call.
The stories are great and the kids love them, and I'll continue to pay for the subscription despite these issues, but please please correct them.

Doesn't work offline
Since the latest update this app no longer works offline. This is very frustrating since I am now paying monthly for an app I can hardly use. We mostly use this app on the car, so without this feature it's a waste of money!
Great stories, frustrating app
We love Sparkle Stories. Our kids listen to them all the time and really enjoy them.
That said, this app is frustrating. Navigation is difficult, search is inconsistent, and there's no iPad version. The new website isn't much better. Sigh.

Great stories, not-so-great app
I'm hoping the bugs get ironed out and some critical features get included soon. Unfortunately, the app just doesn't match the quality of the storytelling.
- overall, the user experience is pretty poor; slow to load and the interface doesn't follow standard practices of most other major audio streaming apps
- worth repeating, page loading is very slow, and sometimes the app won't load at all
- interface is inconsistent across "my story box" tabs (why no quick access to offline button on stories under the series tab?)
- enabling offline access for stories is a pain, and doesn't always work
- no user playlists
- lock screen media controls don't work properly
It's a barebones app that sort of gets the job done, but it has me hesitating over the subscription costs.

Account?
We've been listening for a while through I tunes. Was excited to check out the app. How do you create an account? The stories are awesome and thank you for them--ever since CBBs shut down in the U.S. my 5 yo was looking for new podcasts. This one is great!
Great app, easy to navigate
This app is fantastic! A few glitches (stopped playing mid-story) but no big deal since it's brand new and I would expect this during its inaugural week! Overall easy to use and of course great content. Love the grouping of stories by age! So happy it's here!
We've Been Waiting for his App!
We've listened to sparkle stories for years and I'm delighted that we can finally hear them with a dedicated app rather than through the website!
I had no issue signing in at all. The first reviewer probably didn't realize that passwords needed to be reset because of the site switch over. Shame on her for sabotaging this app with a lousy rating rather than contacting the company for help.

Great content, frustrating user experience
My three- and six-year olds love Sparkle Stories. The content is great and this app is super pretty and well-organized. This first version of the app is super-crashy though. We're looking forward to updates!

Fellow Sparklers rejoice! Our family has been waiting for a way to enjoy sparkle stories on the go and we are so excited to be using this app. It is elegant and works well, which is all we could ask for.

I need to sign in, my email address won't work!!!!! There is no button for a new account, and your website won't let me sign in or make a new account or start a free trial!!!!, WHAT IS WRONG! Your old one worked fine
