Disappointing
This app worked great for 2 months and then it wouldn’t load. I made sure I had the updated version and it still wouldn’t load. I deleted it, downloaded it, and signed in again and again, it wouldn’t allow me on. The next day I tried to download it again and it finally worked. Unfortunately though, once I was in my account I saw that all of my journey was deleted, 2 months of progress pictures gone. So disappointing, up to then I was enjoying seeing the progression of the treatments. Since I can’t trust it now I won’t use the app for pictures again. Following the treatments is helpful, but I have a mini and know the couple treatments with it so there’s not much need for the app for that either. One other slight annoyance, every time I open the app an ad pops up. I think this app has potential but I think there’s some issues with it to be ironed out.Show lessHortonsss

The options for treatments are great. This app is full of tips and advice. The issue is the bluetooth connectivity. I’ve tried everything I can to connect my NuFace mini. Turned my phone off, turned my device off, plugged the device in, updated the app, restart the device and restart my phone. In the time I’ve been having this issue I even got a new phone. Nothing has worked. It’s really frustrating buying a device that is heavily advertised as bluetooth compatible, then not even being able to use the bluetooth feature.Show lessjybbbbyj

For a quick tip, when your device is not connecting to the App on the first time, please turn on your device, leave it loading for about 20 to 30 seconds, after this turn off and turn back on, you should be able to connect your device as normally. I’ve been using this app and Mini+ since beginning of July this year. And reinstalled the app 3-4 times, because sometime not working well connected to the device. Or the device stopped working in the middle of treatment even just started. Also been contacted with customer service but with no answers or proper resolved.Show lessL y n n
