Super pratique

Plus facile de faire mes suivis et moins encombrant que de me promener avec crayon et papier

Merci d'avoir recommandé l'application ! Cordialement, L'équipe MedM

Lot of Bugs

Program has a lot of potential; especially when they fix a bug that prevents start-up and access to it. Well featured for someone needing to record basic BP readings.

Response from developer

Thank you for sharing feedback! Could you kindly contact us at Support@medm.com and describe in detail about the mentioned bug? How and when it is reproduced for you? Then we'll try to fix it asap and update the app version in App Store. Sincerely, yours MedM Team

BS subscription

Brought a blood pressure monitor, downloaded the app only to find you need to purchase a subscription to link to apple health .
If I knew that before I wouldn’t have bother buying this particular monitor .

Response from developer

MedM is an independent app developer not sponsored by any device seller. Your blood pressure monitor seller's oversight in not specifying in the instructions that app synchronization with Apple Health requires a subscription is indeed unfortunate. Do you think it's fair to lower the app's rating because of this? Best regards, MedM Team

Bluetooth Spotty

Only this device has issues connecting to my iPhone. Most of the time I have to manually add the data to the APP.

Graphics are great 5* but consistency in communication 1*.

Thank you for your feedback! Could you please contact us at Support@medm.com and provide the model name of your blood pressure monitor? Then we'll try to fix the Bluetooth connection stability between your meter and the app. Best regards, MedM Team

Excellent choice

Have only had this for 2 days but am really impressed by the accuracy & ease of use. It syncs automatically & very easily with my phone & is very easy to read the BP on a very large display. An excellent buy for the price & thoroughly recommend this unit to anyone who wants to upgrade from their manual upper arm type of monitor.

Thank you very much for commending the app! Best regards, MedM Team

Nice app but…..

I bought my First Med machine from Amazon as it was advertised to sync with Apple Health from the app. I was so pleased it did this as soon as I loaded the app and started testing. A couple of weeks later an update to the app stopped it working and now I have to pay for a feature that was included. That part I’m not happy with. I’m have not checked on Amazon since then but I hope that feature has been removed as it was the main reason I went for it.

Dear Ioniq-Ian, thank you so much for your feedback. MedM is an independent software developer, our apps connect to hundreds of different sensor models and are not sponsored by the hardware manufacturers. In fact, we have no control over how our partners market their devices, and, unfortunately, often we are not even aware of the announcements made. We understand how the Apple Health data sync requiring a subscription was an unpleasant surprise. Please contact us at support@medm.com to receive a special offer from us.

Formerly free features paywalled

I appreciate this app for its ability to sync with my BP monitor, and for not requiring an account. Until recently, it was a five-star app for me. However, one of its essential features is Apple Health sync. This used to be a basic feature of the app, and is now paywalled behind their Premium subscription service. That’s frustrating for long-time users. I understand that maintaining an app takes money, but I don’t want to use their cloud service, so asking me to pay a recurring subscription with tons of cloud features I don’t need just to sync with Apple Health on my own device is very annoying. I’m happy to pay, just not the same price cloud users pay on a recurring basis for a local feature that has very little expense for the developer (since it’s already been implemented for years). Till out a one-time in-app purchase allowing Apple Health sync and this will be five stars for me again!

Response from developer

Dear sir, maintaining data sync with Apple Health permanently requires a lot of developement and money resources. We have contemplated various possibilities, but relying on the support of our users is the only way that MedM can remain an independent software developer, who remains accountable to its users, stays alive and well enough to invest in the maintenance and improvement of our apps. MedM is not sponsored by hardware manufacturers and we really appreciate the support of our users.

Horrible company

You could sync with Apple Health, after the update you need to pay. What a terrible company.

Update: they contacted me saying that since I am loyal customer I can get a discount. I am sorry, you UNILATERALLY changed the terms and think that sending an email with a lousy discount will make me change my review? I would remove the 1 star if I could. I deleted their app and I hope nobody will subscribe for their service.

Response from developer

Dear SalamandraV, thank you for your feedback, we are happy to learn that you have found our Apple Health sync feature useful. In order to keep the app running and to balance the costs of maintenance & development MedM has, indeed, introduced a subscription for premium features. We understand that this change brings discomfort for our long-time users who are used to receiving the MedM service completely free. To ease the pain of this transition and to show gratitude for the trust and support of our loyal users we offer special discounts to them. Please contact use at support@medm.com to claim your loyal user discount.

Connection to Oxiline pro

Sometimes works sometimes it doesn’t. Sync with apple health is also sporadic. I purchased the premium which solved nothing. I still don’t recommend it.

Response from developer

Dear 53steveh, we really appreciate your feedback. The Apple Health data sync should work for this Oxiline model (with subscription). Please contact our support to get help setting it up: support@medm.com

Bait and switch

This app was free for years and they have now added a very expensive subscription for the feature that most people used the app for. Look elsewhere. What a scam.
