Locked out - cannot access
Been using the app just fine for about 2 years, then accidentally logged out today and now cannot get back in, despite attempting to reset password. So now have an visibility of my upcoming appointments.Karis Winfield
Worst app ever
Keeps saying I don’t have places saved as my places even though I’ve used multiple times. Searching for places near me come up all over the world, no where near me, search exact name and still shows places that are not even closeCinba 8686
Not bad
The app is OK. Very basic but it does make scheduling my hair/salon appointments easy.
I wish there was a way to link booked appointments with my calendar (google or iOS) so that my appointments automatically show up. This would also be great for appointments that are adjusted slightly. You want the app to update the calendar entry automatically with the new booking time.
I will keep using it but I hope these changes can be made.Show lessbundiaz

The email verification link goes to a blank page so I cannot verify my email to start using the appLydiafor
Useless.
The app will not show me any salons in my area. Location settings are turned on but even when I search for the salon name that I know is in my area nothing come up. It keeps showing me salons in other countries.Samchristje72
Too much data capture
I was advised to download this app by a practitioner in order to make a booking. Before I’d even used it I had to enter my email and a password. I only wanted to test it out over calling the salon and didn’t expect to have to submit details about myself before even trying it. Not impressed so I deleted itShow lessScarlett_ohaha
