I got the free trial and I do not like the app at all. I want to cancel before I am charged. It gives you a link to manage your subscription which asks you to enter your email address which sends you an email to access your account which sends you to the same link that asked for your email! Thank goodness I signed up to pay with PayPal. I will contact them and cancel that way. This app is a scam!!!!Show lessKenpo Mom 51
Difficult and awful font colors when printing text logs
It is buggy. Would not download extractor from website.
When I finally got it to work with itunes...have to constantly backup itunes-run extractor each time you want it to refresh for updated messages.
Then the pdf to print out text logs is unreadable in print due to terrible font colors - its so light when u print. I had to resort to converting to excel type file for black and white report.
Not sure if i will continue paying for this- it should be much cheaper.Show lessDiamondbird342

GPS tracking is not working at all: location doesn't get updated for days! The only time it gets updated is to manually launch the app.
The app is allowed to always use location services, and is allowed to run in background. Yet, the latest location shown right now is from Thursday last week - the day I had it installed and set it up for the first time.Show lessdniq

Hard to see anything!
Why would you put white font on a light colored background? There is nothing wrong with my eyes, but I can barely see a lot of the features on this app because of the white font on a light grey background. Doesn’t work, still charged $19.95, won’t refund!
9 days ago I signed up for the trial, and couldn’t get this to work on iPhone. That same day, I tried cancelling my trial and then fully deleted my Family Obit account. 8 days later I was charged $19.95, and I wrote FamilyOrbit today to ask for a refund and they refuse to refund me. I never used the service because I could never get it to work. Super shady to do this to someone, I can tell you I’ll never be using any of their apps in the future. Giving up on this app working
After a lot of investment of time and tech, I canceled my subscription today. As others have said, this app simply does not work for iPhones with two-factor authentication and thus does not deliver on its promise of service. Paying $20+ per month for something that doesn’t work is obviously a bad decision and you can avoid wasting your time and money by choosing a different system.Show lessKenosKimbi
