Mine cannot connect even with my motor home sitting on my driveway I have to turn my phone off then on to get rid of it

I use the older app as this one has the update bar on screen all the time when using remotely.

iPhone 13 max
What a dog. After upgrading iOS 17 nothing works anymore. Wasn’t good before now press the icon then it comes up and dies. Get your act together please.
Doesn’t work well with iOS 17
As per the title, the UI doesn’t function properly on iOS 17. When selecting a menu item, the option to go back isn’t available and the only way to get back to the main menu is to close the app and reopen.
Terrible interface
This app needs a complete rewrite. It is so in-intuitive and over complicated. It requires a product designer with an understanding of user experience to revamp it.
Frustrating
No point clicking to remember my details. This app is incapable of any single function that is repeatable. App development requires a complete overhaul. Shocking as we are in lockdown and for many the only mechanism to check on the caravan!
Frustrating
Quite simply, it doesn’t work because it doesn’t connect to Bluetooth. This is my opinion is NOT fit for purpose and one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever downloaded..I wouldn’t bother.
Doesn’t work
I have tried many times to link with the control panel of the motorhome with Bluetooth, but the link is always lost in seconds.
Swift Command App
Very easy to use and simple way to control your Caravan both on and off site that well deserve five stars. However the instructions for how to install, use and control the Caravan systems especially the heating are dreadful so the rating here is zero stars. Swift need to re-write the instructions and get them proof checked by real Caravan users. In my case even the Caravan dealership had to make several phone calls to the supplier of the app before they could fathom out the instructions.

Bluetooth issues mainly
This app has trouble connecting to the swift command in our caravan. Once it is eventually connected, it doesn’t stay connected for long. I have to keep logging in every time I minimise the app it’s so frustrating. Other Bluetooth devices I own stay connected so why can’t this? It has a “remember password” box that doesn’t work either.
