Refix Problem
I can only see a few items in my inventory plus the Jade set weapons I have I don’t see some I only see a jade square and especially fix the Dongfang family quest rewards. When I finished it, it gave me Vajra finger scrolls also the Renown rewards too for it!Romeo (-Wazabi-)
Error with the game login it ask for admin permission to play or log into account
So on July 4th I try to log in the game but it didn’t let me and I try to log in with my fb and it says error and says “app not setup app still in develope mode, you don’t have access to it” and it also says to ask admin for the permissionRavenOverLord
Poor Customer Service
I lost access to my account and the support team doesn’t want to help AT ALL. They didn’t even look at my top up receipts. Totally favors someone who hacked my account. Do NOT play this game!2pmLeeJunHo

Why
My phone broke a while back so I wasn’t able to play the game for a while. When I finally got a new one and went to install the game again a lot had changed. There’s nothing wrong with that, but one of the problems was that the default language is Chinese even though it says snail games is located in the us. Another problem I’m having is that after level 20 the game stops giving u upgraded resources and u have to auto loot to get them. I’ve made multiple different characters and they’ve all run into the same problem. I have a level 50 character with level 20 gear on. Please fix it.Show lessjovivianed
iPhone XR, more compatibility needed
Overall, the game is really good. I am a huge fan of the original PC game, so the existance of this game is great. However, for the iPhone XR, some of the texts/names of characters get cut off from the side. It’s not a huge issue, however, it does make the game look overall a little unprofessional.Soupy3000
