They really do stand for the (Snail) title. It’s not even a joke, it’s really sad. When something bad happens to players’ account, they do EVERYTHING they can to find reasons NOT to HELP you. When they should be doing EVERYTHING they can to HELP you. They do the exact opposite which is disappointing. My account was recently hacked, the person sold all my gears, jade skills, treasures, etc... the list goes on. That’s ALOT of TIME and hard work that went to waste because SNAIL is be too LAZY To actually HELP. All they care about is your money and if your account gets screwed they won’t help u because they’d rather u start over and spend money again. Stupid snail company is trash, I wouldn’t want to support stupid people like them. Their careless, thirsty, money hungry people. The game alone is fun but the customer service is straight up garbage. It’s disappointing when u lose all that hard work and SNAIL doesn’t do ANYTHING about it. They just resend u the same email over and over even though u give them the information they asked for. They pretend like their trying to help u by asking u for information, an when u give it to them, they will continue to ask u for it over an over, meaning they won’t help u. Developers don’t care!!! They never fix the game bugs or update the players. I’ve been playing this game on and off, giving it multiple chances coming back (as I had friends in the game). All the time I’ve came back to look at their new updates, are disappointing. Bugs, bugs, HACKS, LAG, ALL THE TIME.
They ONLY UPDATE NEW TOP UP ITEMS!! They only want your money!! When they get it, they no longer care, how much time or how much money you’ve spent ($1000+) over the game. THEY DONT HELP YOU. Spend your money elsewhere!Show lessSTFUppercuts

How can i play if all the instruction are in chinese? How do i change it to english?Ma chel

This is one of the best games in the history of the game universe! But y is it when ur on the selection page it looks like a newer version of the character, but when ur in the game it’s the older version, y is it supposed to be like that? Does it look like that 2 everyone, or is it just me?Bscampbell

How to switch to English
For those who the game suddenly started loading up in Chinese, fear not. It’s just a temporary default setting. The same thing happened to me. Simply click on the icon that looks like gears (settings), then click on the wider button underneath the two sliding scales on the right. You will see the “English” button (it will be in English). Click on it. A pop up will appear. Click on the left option (it means “confirm”). Then click on one of the two buttons located at the bottom of the “settings” screen that you are on. Left one is “logout” and right one is “character”. Then shut down the app and restart it. Voila! It’s now all in English.
I love this game, I’m super happy that when it switched to Chinese on me I could switch it back. Love you guys, wish you all happy playing.

This game is awesome, it’s totally easy to catch on to. The game itself is easy though I wished battles paired you up with people around you level then random sometime.「ｙｕｍｅ」
Real bummer
I played this game when it was in its prime but when I downloaded it again a year later it is suddenly in Chinese and I can’t understand a thing this makes the game nearly unplayable which is a huge bummer because of how much fun me and my friends had when we played it.cpoha
