Can't see the character
When I first logged in, I tried to make my character, but couldn't see anything. Even if I chose a random character I still couldn't see my character in the game which annoys me. I tried to restart the game but it was still the game. Can you please fix this issue? Thank you.Neyllaco
Don’t recommend because
Was playing this game for a bit more than a year :
-The EU server is full awful people , played other similar games but never met a server so salty (once visited the USA server and the players seemed just as bad)
-Game is the absolute definition of p2w... seriously overpriced, u pay let’s say £100, but still don’t get a significant amount of resources, what a ripoff
-The lovely people at the company do nothing to prevent players who use cheaper top up methods , spoils the whole game experience
-Way too many daily tasks, steals about 4 hours on average of my everyday . I could choose not to do daily tasks but I would fall behind in power rank, so has to be done, right. Perfect for those who don’t desire a social life, as the important events fall on Saturday and Sunday evenings
What I actually liked:
-Graphics, omg isn’t it just gorgeous , no other game on App Store could top this. The martial skills are very pleasant to play with
-easy to use controls and very well done skill sets , seriously would be an awesome game and I would still play it for only these...
BUT the negative points are just too negative and honestly spoils the whole game, entirely, so can’t get more than 2*Show lessHoshikama
snail games plagued with cheat hacks
snail is plagued with Chinese hacker players, videos all over utube and facebook,, their customer support continues to do nothing, (maybe they cant?) Players spend money and time on their characters , 6 months, 12 months?, and here come the hackers, making characters in 2 hours stronger than everybody on server,, taking all the events,, all the rewards and everybody leaves the server,,Don't play snail games,,Don't waste your time ,,, You can see it on utube and facebook all day long,,,Show lessolivermac64
The server time
For some reason the server time that usually shows on the bottom has disappeared for me. I don’t know if this is part of the update or not but, I want the server time back on the screenInuyashaxKagome💞

It’s a really good game, never being able to tire someone out, they always want more. however, ever since I downloaded the game I couldn’t get onto wulin arena, But on previous versions I could. Pleas fix thisNTa_lonewinger
Need some fixing
I can’t get pass the loading screen that is after the animation after the last update, can you fix it please. The game is pretty good and fun at the time that it was not broken, so please fix it.DrainLFS
Lovely!!! But....
I love the game, the graphics are captivating and the gameplay is exciting. But with the new update, I can’t see any characters, even mine. Even when I change settings. I can’t see my avatar. And now I can’t see anything except grey squares.Galaxy_version_k
MAJOR P2W
I mean sure, the action of the gameplay itself is fun and satifying at first, but after a while it just starts becoming a burden as your character levels up, and it becomes too time consuming to complete all your daily quests. You will likely spend the first few months enjoying the game and make your character more powerfull, but the thing is, this game is MAJOR P2W. If you wanna be stronger and not die 1-hit-KO in PVP or "School War", then you are gonna be looking at throwing away many thousands of dollars. Don't waste your time on this game. You may end up emptying your pockets as more updates come and level caps rise, just to remain strong in this game...
Not only that, there is NO tech support whatsoever. NONE. I REPEAT NONE. I have checked out their forums - which are dead (been almost two years now), and emailed them countless times - with no response. Snail does not care about their players, they only wish to reap profits.

Great game but another problem
When I end a relationship with my mentor and register with another mentor it says I have to wait some time and I hate having to wait so I'm wandering in the next update if u could take that out so I can just register with another mentor without waiting please and thank you. When I click on a new server it leads me to a new selection of characters and I want to be on the best server with the most people in it and I can't do that if I have to start a new character over again cuz I don't want to have to go through that. so in the new update I'm hoping if you guys could make it so I can keep my level 52 character and be on a new server without having to start all over again and thank you this new update is better than the last work so keep up the good work. And by the way add a new school and make sure the school is high class quality cuz everyone likes that if you can do that it would be great thanks. I just found out that I can't change my characters gender cuz it costs money and I hate paying for things that are in games so I'm wandering if you could make it so I can change my gender in the shop and either it could be free or I would have to pay at least 1 gold so either way is fine i just want to change gender without paying real cash and thanks. I would really love it if you guys could in the next update instead of 3 team members in a team if you could add like 6 thank. And also for the oath team I'm hoping u guys could add like rewards and stuff for the members who do good and a function just like that that can only be accessed by oath leader. And also I have like a “family” made in the game and it’s big so I’m wandering if u could add fueture that involves with mak8mg ur own family and adding a family chat and making it accessible to for all levels and if u do this I assure you this game will become the most popular yet.
