Intuitive App

This version of the Digital Banking is a significant improvement from its predecessor! It is easy to navigate, and saves time to complete banking tasks!

Over engineered + Underachieved

The older version was a lot easier to use. Ever since this new version came out, mobile deposits take over a week, when they used to take 48 hours. Customer service has informed me their online banking policies changed with this new version yet there’s no information about it. The new “customer service chat” is misleading and unhelpful.

I’ve used this app for a while and it’s gotten much better over the years. Shoutout to the dev team for doing a solid job

Stopped Opening!

I've been using this app with great success for some time, until it stopped working about a half year ago. Now, whenever I attempt to open it, I get this error message, which is quite annoying to say the least. I even deleted it from my iPhone for months, hoping that it would get updated and remove the bugs that was causing it not to function like it used to. But right after I downloaded it to my iPhone again and input my login ID and password, that old familiar error message popped up once again!

Mobile app check deposit not working

Help. You must get this tixed

Check Deposit Not Working!

This update isn’t working! I keep getting told to rotate my device to deposit my check but it isn’t rotating. Just displaying a grated out screen. Big with the update. Very frustrating.

Mobile Deposit

This new update is horrible. The app has issues recognizing when you are holding the phone sideways to take a photo of a check for mobile deposit. I have to slam the side of my phone into furniture to get the app to detect my phone is sideways. Please fix!!!

This banking app has more issues than most

Check deposit on SE doesn’t work

The screen just says rotate device. The screen rotation is set to automatic yet it still won’t let me take a picture of a check.

Has been great. Recent problem with check deposit

I have been using this app for years and it has been great. Recently, probably a month or two ago, anytime my wife or I try to use the mobile check deposit, we get an error saying rotate your phone. It does not go away and I have to leave the app to use it again. Fix that and id give a 5 star review.
