App is worse than useless

The app regularly locks my account and forces me to reset my password even if I have no prior failed log in attempts. It’s now to a point I reset my password and it is automatically locked half the time when logging in. I have to create a new password almost once a week. It’s making it near impossible to make payments or manage my account.

This has caused me to transfer my main banking to a new bank for a useable experience.
