Houses for auction
So far, I like the way the website is set up. It is easy to get around and get up to date information. I have not been to an auction yet, but I am looking forward to see how they are run. My husband and I are looking for a forever home. And this might be the way to go.grumpy 43

Good app
This is a good app. It’s helped me a lot in making good decisions. It takes a lot of research and communication to provide information for apps such as realestate foreclosures, with that said; the app list most foreclosure listings but misses some. Sometime it’s missing critical information such as “beginning bid”. If you want to know the time of the auctions and beginning bid, you have to call the law firm handling the foreclosure which will be one of five or more different law firms so keep a list of phone numbers. Easy to use & liking the map

Cons:
It is nearly (if not completely) impossible to update a credit card with out calling customer service. I also don’t like that if I am registered to bid on more than one property, I have a $2,500 hold on my card for each property. I am a flipper/whole seller and this ties up a lot of my ability to work on other properties for several days after the auction is over.

Thank you for your review. It is not possible to change your credit card information if that card was registered for any active auction until all auctions registered with that card have ended. After the auction has ended, you can register for future auctions with a different card. The credit card hold is for each individual auction event, not each property. Before you register for an auction, please check the Event ID located below the picture of the house on the property information page. The ID number is a five or six digit code before a dash. You can register for multiple properties in the same auction event and incur only one credit card hold. Noting how many individual events you register for will prepare you for the number of holds placed on your credit card.
