Makes being a landlord easy!
I’ve used Zillow Rental Manager for my 2 rental properties for the last decade! It’s so much easier letting Zillow collect the fee to get the credit and background reports. Then all I have to do is click on a potential renter’s application to read the details! And the details are incredible- I know exactly how much debt is owed and how often they were late with payments! I have the info on jobs, bosses, previous landlords for the last 3 moves! And it’s free! What’s not to like? Learn to set up a few auto responses and you are not bothered by the renters who all hit the “touring button”.
