I was told the lead quality would be high. That before someone was connected to an agent they were first screened to see if they really are ready to buy a home. I haven’t spoken to one person who was already pre approved or ready and willing to dive into the process of home buying. I’ve gotten connections that were people trying to schedule home inspections, couples who just really wanted to see the inside of another neighborhood home and other extremely low quality leads. What inspired me to writer the review? I’ve missed the last 6 connections with possible leads because the app constantly doesn’t work. I get told it’s because of my service however I have 5G in downtown Columbus with superior home WiFi. I’m tired of the lies and can not wait for the end of my contract. Never again will I ever use Zillow as a lead generation and I’ll tell every agent I come across exactly why!
