    Overall, I had a good experience, but I did have to wait two days to receive a response from an email and one email I sent, I never actually received a response. Other than that everything went well!

  • Read the contract small print carefully!

    I have used this app to rent a motorhome and got a surprise charges after returning the vehicle. It turns out you need to clean everything, so empty the toilet cassette, drain grey water, fill up clean water, do full clean of interior and exterior. The owner did not mention any of this during vehicle handover and the contract summary also says nothing about it. Only if you click on a small link (which is hard to find) and read all the fine details then you see this! Very misleading!
