Can’t seem to register

I’ve tried registering. I chose the country code which is UK but it’s not accepting my number I tried with the 0 and without but still not able to register!! It says enter valid mobile number. My number is valid.

Worst service ever.

What you give preference and options you get is totally opposite. They will ask you to pay and later when you pay, they will ask you to go for assisted services to get good profiles. If we don't see profiles in normal package when we pay, how can we trust for the assisted profile packages. I would not recommend people to pay and use their services. Its the same as unpaid membership. Not at all satisfied. Even the customer service representative are very rude and hang up the call in the middle of the conversation

Not the worth

When u are unpaid customers the officials will be literally after u with calls and messages.Once you pay they don’t do what is promised.Its just a money minting business.Horrible customer service.
Think before you pay.

Horrible customer care

Horrible customer care, I tried calling customer care from USA and described the problem. The lady was super rude and didn’t understand the problem and disconnected. The problem was simple as I was not able to edit profile. After this experience I am just deleting the profile and uninstalling the app.

App doing business lamely without anything for their clients

Horrible search methodology, never found a suitable match since last year despite loading bulky rupees.
The app team never ever feel to take feedback from their clients about scope of improvements.
