Clumsy and unreliable, bordering on dangerous.
Imagine trying to leave in a hurry and having to press a button and wait for a device to cycle to unlock the door, having it re-lock the door, and then needing to do it all over again in order to be able to open the door and leave. At the very least, that’s a fire hazard.
Plus, the idea of being forced to install somebody’s mystery software on your phone with no control over what sort of data is being collected? Obnoxious and unacceptable.

Battery dies after 2-3 days.
