  • Good For A Phone App

    It’s nice to be able to check balances and transfer funds, and pay bills if I need to on my phone. And I understand why I need to use my laptop to access statements and download to Quicken; those things are too complicated for a phone platform.
  • Very inadequate

    Compared to most other banking apps, this offers so few features that it’s almost useless.
  • Balancing checkbook ledger suggestion

    I love this app, my one suggestion would b to b able to click on a transaction and it change color (like go gray) once I’ve written it in my ledger, that way I can easily see what I have in my written in my ledger vs what transactions have happened. It takes so much time trying to figure out what I’ve already written and needs to b written.
  • Leave Well Enough ALONE!!!

    The developers need to know when they are ahead! Stop tinkering with that which is not broke. What are you trying to do, justify your budget!?
  • Stops working at night?

    It’s really nice to check my accounts all in one place. But a few nights ago it stopped allowing me to access my accounts past 9PM. Which is extremely inconvenient.

    This is a simple and easy to use app. I use it mostly to check my balance but it has several other useful features.

    I’ve had my Security First Bank account for about six weeks, and really like how easy the app is to use. The bill pay and mobile deposit features are great.

  • App needs updates

    This app needs more updates or something because my finger print doesn’t work anymore and so I turn it off then used passcode to login, now it’s acting strange and says I need to re-enter my password and Touch ID, when I do I have to re-verify everything phone numbers and text code! And it does this to me every couple days later! Please fix it!!
  • Awful.

    I use it because half the time the actual bank is closed (it closes at like 3pm where I am). It constantly crashes. I have to verify my account more frequently than any other app I’ve ever had, and we’ve had more trouble with our accounts being hacked here than my other bank. There’s no 24hr support line. Half the time it can’t even connect to the bank. It’s like the Internet explorer of banks and bank apps.
  • Fingerprint POINTLESS

    I really love being able to check on my accounts no matter where I am. However, what is the point of having fingerprint security for the newer phones when every time I try to use it the entire app shuts down!!!! Extremely disappointed.
