Glad your back convoy!!!

It was devastating in late 2023 when convoy closed its doors it really hurt my business but your back let’s move forward and make freight move again it seems things are a little different under new ownership but I booked 2 loads within 20 mins of the App going back online this morning so let’s see how it goes I’m excited

Spam messages constantly

Location is on, app shows location is on. I took screen shots and sent them. I keep getting text messages and emails saying tracking needs to be enabled. Also keep getting text messages and emails about how I need to change location permissions to “always”. You don’t need to know where I am on my own time. Per your rules I have to have it on a few hours before my scheduled appointment time. You don’t need to know my location if I’m not hauling for you. The spam messages are annoying when you are trying to work.

No respect for small companies

I been working with Convoy since they started and they don’t care about anyone all they care is who can move loads the cheapest. When they started the pay was good and now they are a big company they don’t care if you go out of business because there are many thirsty drivers out there that will move loads for free. Older carriers should have preference and better pay.

Winning a bid.

Won a bid on a load accepted it within 10 minutes. Finished driving and go to check on load details only to find out the load wasn’t there. Was told someone else has the load there’s nothing we can do. That’s not a very good practice. Not happy about this.

Great company

I love this company they care so much about drivers if you have an issue or feedback they’ll make sure your issue is solved and your feedback is heard, and honestly until this moment their rates are still way better than alot of other brokers, also your detention will be paid you’ll not lose a dime with this company, the new quick pay is awesome i tried it the other day and my money was in account in less than 5 hours at 1.5 % fee you can’t beat that

Horrible (Amazon-like)

You will have an entire week booked with them and they have no issue cancelling every load that is already contracted. They will do this then repost the very same load to try and ship for a lower rate. You will notice many scams to try and Wiesel their way out of some or all of the detention pay.

It’s been a pleasure working with convoy to move freight. They have very polite and helpful reps who are quick to help. So far I have no issue working with convoy.

Not satisfied

I picked up this load. It was shipper fault that load wasn’t ready on time. It happened two times actually with the same shipper. I picked up the load went to delivery site they just said they cannot take those load because i was late for the delivery even though i called convoy to made sure that can I complete these deliveries convoy service people said just proceed to delivery site we’ll update you everything. I went there on both time and this happened they just ignored it. On the first delivery convoy took 7 hours to figure something out about that load. It’s been more than a week still they keep calling about that load. I got at least 25 to 30 calls just for one load. And yet no luck. I still am seeing that load stuck on my app. And same thing happening with second load took 8 hours to figure it out yet no luck. It is really really hard to explain what I’ve been doing for those loads man. It’s so so frustrating.

Bad Broker Corrected!!

This is from a previous review and after discussions with Convoy I was compensated for the cancellations and made to feel like I matter. This is a good company that I had a couple bad experiences with but if you communicate with them, they will be more than happy to work with you and ensure you remain happy. We all work together, if we communicate problems they can fix them. Don’t be afraid to reach out Thanks for the response and efforts to rectify my issues.
