The owner of this shop is excellent with customer service and clientele booking. The Shop is very diverse and is always supportive of the community, teaching and educating other individuals who are inspired to cut hair in a humble way. Moreover the quality of the haircuts the stylist gives is phenomenal. Hands down one of the best shops in Philly.

Mxl is a family friendly staple in the urban community that is needed in today’s society! It’s a comfortable safe place that you can get conversation on just about any and every topic of anything going on in the world and actually get some good insights & more importantly it’s black owned and run by one of the best & sharpest young black barbers in Pa! It shows our black youth that we can be more then what “the world” thinks we should be or will be! All the barbers are great at cutting hair and making everyone feel right at home! They are mindful of their surroundings and take a great deal of pride in their work! You won’t leave there disappointed‼️
