Difficulty in booking
Never had any issues booking a taxi. Recently can’t book. Keeps telling me to pre book a taxi all the time. And I need to pre book a taxi for 2 weeks time and after I’ve put the date and time in either says no taxis or to pre book again. Just not working at all.Brookes 19772006
App isn’t accurate/unreliable
Admittedly your fare is cheaper than Uber however having not used you in a while I thought I’d try again ordering my taxi via the app is said it would arrive around 1:45am. As a woman waiting alone I relied on this to be fairly accurate. My taxi arrived around 2:05am. I had called and the man was abrupt and lied telling me my taxi would be 10 mins when it hadn’t even been dispatched. Drive home was rapid, driver liked to drive fast which I’m not a fan of despite the roads being really quiet due to the time.Show lessPeaches7t8
Useless
I spend alot of money with this Company and just lately they’ve gone absolutely crap the taxis take an hour to dispatch even when you paid by card they never arrive on time and it doesn’t matter who you speak to your fobbed off with 10 minute 10 minutes I’ve waited over an hour this morning for a taxi but the app told me it would be with me within 15 minutes absolutely disgusting never using again sick of it no loyalty to loyal customersShow lessjayjay2502
