POOR
Booked a taxi hours in advance of picking my 6 year old daughter up from school.
Cab didn’t arrive on time. Called A4 three times and got fobbed off.
I explained I had my 6 year old with me, and was told your cab will be there very soon.
The taxi arrived 30 minutes late !
The weather was horrible; rain, wind, cold.
My daughter was upset, wet, freezing cold.
When it arrived I received no apology, no reason.
VERY BAD
