The App Upgrade is a Disaster
What was once an efficient service has now collapsed into an unusable mess. The app no longer works and the staff you speak to to book over the phone instead are uninterested in the problem. Sort it out please.

Avoid
Until they fix their system avoid Radio Taxis (and WestQuay cars). They take your pre-booking without confirming a driver is available. Then their system looks for a driver at the time you asked for them to arrive. This ridiculous pre-booking system made me miss my train.
They have gone from the best taxi service in Southampton to the worst with this system in place. Until they fix it don’t bother.
