3.0

February 17, 2021

You will lose any existing archives. This update removes any third party packages and uses Apple's native solutions for storing data. This makes the app size much smaller (~20 times smaller!) even though there's plenty of new features, and eliminates the risk of third party tracking. - New interface with much easier access to shocks, adrenaline, overall timers. Have tried to keep the core rhythm timer + rhythm check obvious, even if you don't use any of the other features. - Audible notification and vibrate for the rhythm check timer. Still depends on your device's volume! You can disable this in settings. - New event types and custom events. Record state changes (CPR, ROSC, PLE), airways, access, drugs, and any other events you want to add. Default events are included, but customise as you need. - Export from tidyResus: one-click allows you to copy and paste the entire event log generated from your resus. - Metronome now plays in silent mode. This still respects your volume setting - Visual reminder for adrenaline: the button will change to orange when four minutes have elapsed since the last adrenaline - Dark mode (follows your device's preferences) - Rewritten into SwiftUI

Significant update to improve reliability, incident review and general ease of use. - Archives -- Incidents will now be saved into an archive on your device and subsequently be viewable from the 'Options' menu, which will show you a list of previous incidents and can take you to the associated log. This is only the case for incidents created from now, and not with a previous version. - Improved interface, with the metronome rate setting now moved to 'Options' - freeing up space to increase button and timer size.

- App will now keep screen awake, preventing the screen from dimming or your phone from sleeping, so you can easily see the countdown and record without having to manually alter screen sleeping or persistently interacting with the app -Timers will now recalculate themselves when the app has been inactive, ie. if you have hit the home button or locked your device; on resuming tidyResus the countdown and adrenaline timer will update the timers to take into account any inactive periods. - Added sections to the log results to separate rhythm and adrenaline events.

-Fixed a bug where swiping back from the log instead of pressing "Back" would cause the stopwatch circle to disappear, though it would remain at the correct time.

Description of tidyResus

tidyResus is a simple cardiac arrest/resus/code log and tracker. It gives you a rhythm stopwatch, event tracking, metronome, and easily accessible summary reports. Simply tap the initial rhythm and a countdown will begin, the rhythm logged. You can record events including changes in resus state (eg. CPR, ROSC), airway interventions, access, drugs, and anything else you like. You can customise or add new events that suit your area of practice. At any point you can view an event log, which will show the events you have recorded. An event summary can be exported to the clipboard so you can copy and paste the summary elsewhere. You can review previous incidents and their associated log. Primarily aimed at prehospital cardiac arrests where resources can be scarce, but may help in any situation where a scribe is not immediately available. tidyResus was developed for those trained in providing ALS. It performs no calculation nor interpretation, and offers no recommendation on assessment, treatment or management of a cardiac arrest. You are entirely responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate cardiac arrest management. tidyResus is entirely administrative. It records no information beyond the generic events.
