App crashes
I have been using it got many years and it had been good
After latest upgrade yesterday, app doesn’t work any more. I have reinstalled it but no luck ☹️Nycvic
App is faulty
It is my main reason why I don’t want to use this bank anymore. At this point BCB should have a reliable bank application that is useful. I thought I would use a local bank but this is impossible. I constantly have to change my password and call them to help me reset it, I don’t even want to deal with this anymore. I constantly have to call them bcs I get a “invalid user”.Show lessbankappbcb
APP NEED A UPDATE BADLY
Idk what is wrong with this app, but it needs a HUGE UPDATE. Seriously. I’m ALWAYS encountering problems and errors. I’ve tried logging in, and it’s like its not recognizing my password. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to change my password because of this issue. PLEASE FIX IT!!Lizzymk06
Useless
I have to download this app every time I use it. It will only let me log in once. When I log out, it disappears. This just started happening. Used to be fine. Can't seem to find anyone in support to help. Help please?Young Joan
