Hard to use and does not always work
I have to teinter information or a lot of tubes I get a white screen and can’t use it even if I delete the app and try to reinstall it again. I usually just call them instead.
Can’t sign in
I have not been able to sign in for over 2 months now. Don’t like this app at all
Logging in
I have not been able to sign in to my account for over a month. They ask you to do everything online but can’t get logged in. Any others having this issue? All I get is a white blank screen.

The app doesn't even load every time it's always a white screen first then load or just a white screen and never loads👎🏽

Don’t download the app
I would give negative stars for the app if I could. It’s ridiculous that a company as big as MHS would not make it a priority to have a working app. Disappointed.

Same thing as the person before me! When you call they say use the app well kinda hard to use the app when you get just a white screen!! Smh

I can’t get past login page. Acts like it’s logging in then stays on login screen.
