No good
I have a iPhone 14 Plus and this app locks me out of my account every other day and I have to call to get the bank to unlock it so I can log in. The login information and password are verified and correct? This is very frustrating.
After update
After the recent update, I have been unable to use the mobile app when I am on cellular. I have full bars of service and all my other apps work, but this one always tells me there’s no connectivity. I’ve gone into settings and made sure that mobile Internet access is active for this app and I’ve even deleted it and re-download it, and still have the same problem and it’s really frustrating when I’m out and about and I’m trying to check my bank account so I hope they have a fix for it soon because this has been going on for a while.
