Reviews of Gym Guide Pro workouts

  • Poor

I bought it a few time ago and now I can't edit my routines. The app is working really bad.
  • Awesome app!

I used this app everyday for my workout and its was liit!
  • Needs more to be a great app

I'm not someone who has worked out before and really needed a workout routine spelled out and simple to follow. GymGuide has tons of routines to choose from. It also has pics and videos to show you how to perform each exercise. You can choose between a workout routine for beginners, advanced, men, women, or even celebrity routines. If you want to create your own you can choose from the hundreds of exercises depending on muscle groups. The one thing it is severely lacking is the ability to keep track of your routine when it comes to logging weight and reps. If they add this one feature, I'd give it 5 stars.
