Doesn’t work anymore don’t use..
I don’t think they are keeping up with this anymore. No more connecting. The feeder itself turns on and “works” just doesn’t function since this app doesn’t work..
Bought this feeder in 2016 worked well now it’s just useless… sham they couldn’t even let us know.
Tried contacting support, never hear from them.

absolute pure junk! Toggling the feeding times on or off requires three or four tries after closing the app before it actually sticks.
Worked well for 4 years! Now I can’t connect
I really liked this feeder and I bought it in 2017 and it actually worked fairly well for the whole time. I needed to reset a couple of times, but so appreciated being able to feed my cat with a press of the button on my phone. It was easy to maintain and while there are grammatical errors of translation in the directions and in the app, which sometimes make it hard to understand, the device worked fine. However, now I can’t connect the device no matter what I do or reset so I’m thinking I might have to buy another device, which is a bummer.

Poor reliance
Had constant issues not being able to change feed settings. Cats been over fed for 6 months now!
Video feature is so slow is basically is redundant.
Do try improve the usability of the features. If you did that then it’d be a great product for cat owners.

Does Not Work At All
This app is completely useless.
1. It cannot connect to my device unless a “green indicator is flashing.” My device has no green indicator.
2. The PETWANT-XXXXXX WiFi never shows up.
3. It’s impossible to get past the first step in the connection process because the app won’t load it.
I have a 900/300 connection and am following the steps word-by-word in the manual, but the app isn’t working.

Don’t Update!!
Worked great until now. Now Petwant will not interface with my iPhone. Downloaded app on an android phone and got the same results. So now I have the world’s most expensive door stop. That’s about all it is good for. Tomorrow I get to see how user friendly customer service is.
Doesn’t work on 5G
Loved this until we got new WiFi for 5G. Now there’s nothing we can do to get it to work. Have to buy a new device and it won’t be from this company :(
App has disconnected from feeder for over 3 weeks FAILED connection
App has disconnected from the feeder and haven’t been able to connect back; no information on where to contact for support.

Stopped working
The app stopped dispensing food and keeps giving an error is excessive feeding, hasn’t fed my animals in over a week
