I’m on a weekend vacation and went to check in my kitties and saw that the video is no longer working. The feeder also cannot be adjusted. I’m freaked out that the feeder is not feeding them while I’m away. This is s huge problem and needs to be resolved ASAP.rwilliamson77777777
Update is terrible
My poor cat is not being fed. The device is constantly offline even though I’m connected to WiFi. I’m sick of this thing I have to get something better so my cat can be fed properly. I do not recommend99Sydney
Offline since last update
I updated my app to the recent version which indicated that there was a firmware upgrade. My notifications haven’t been working for a while but I knew the feeder was still dispensing so I had hoped this update would resolve that. This morning, I noticed the bowl was completely empty of food which is unusual. I opened the app to find that its offline. The power button is on and the Link light is flashing, which according to the user guide is normal. I found and connected to the Petwant WiFi on my iPhone so it’s not related to internet strength. It has to have been caused by this update as it had been dispensing successfully at each interval prior to that.Chelsea D. - PA

Please undo the rebinding process for the 103. It is not rebinding, something has changed. Very frustrated. Too much money for poor software.HeartzX02

Horrible app!!! Stopped working completely. Permanently “offline.” Camera won’t work. I cannot change the feeding times or intervals. I no longer get notifications regarding feedings. And the feedings do not come on time. I can no longer trust this device. What a waste of money...Awfulapp589
Terrible! Sick pet and camera not working!!
I rely on the camera and automatic feeding function to properly work when I’m not home or at work. Lately the camera function has not been working despite the app being updated and internet being checked. Please fix these errors!! After paying this much for an automatic feeder, all of the functions should work properly!Kaymk11
App no longer notifies me when the feeder dispenses food.
The app used to notify me at each feeding that it successfully dispensed the required food. After about 6 months the notifications became sporadic and now it no longer notifies me at all. I have to go into history to determine if my pet was fed properly. I worry that the next malfunction will be that it stops feeding my pet altogether.CraigH5
