App stopped working, spotting feeding
Even when the app worked, it would still miss feedings and the food would get stuck.
Now the camera doesn’t work, the app doesn’t work, I can’t adjust the feedings, it was setup to feed 3X a day and it only goes off once and it’s not even at the time I set it to to go off..... it’s useless now

It worked great for the first few months and now my cat has been bugging me and upon inspection I realized the food is only coming out some of the time or not at all. The app is visibly broken and I’m not comfortable relying on it to feed my cat anymore.Will Krispin
What happened???
This feeder works on its own 98% of the time. Needs more intervals of feeding. Application needs a little more help. And as of late, the service / server driving the IOT integration is no longer efficient as it was at first purchase.

Updated phone, won’t connect
Suddenly the app refuses to let me sign in on my phone when I’m away from home, which is the whole point of having the feeder. Please fix this bug now! It’s so frustrating.catmom2017
Good Feeder
The feeder Max’s out at 4 feeding per day. Would like to be able to setup 5-6 feedings to space out smaller portions. My cat will eat until he throws up from larger portions. Then I bought two feeders and I can’t control both of them from one phone. Setup one on my phone and the other on my wife’s. Camera works pretty good and the voice recordings to call the cats works well. There’s lots of static on the mic.Son Of Lee

Got it. Set it up. Went back in to change some settings. States I don’t exist and create new account. I’ve tried to create a new account SEVEN times and it says I’m using unusual characters. I’m using letters and numbers. Actually, the exact same ones I used to set up the first time!!! I’ve deleted and reloaded the app three times and turned the machine off and on and reset it. I’ll email customer service, but I really want to send it back. Complete BS for what I paid for it.
UPDATE: After a wasted afternoon, I was able to get it going. THEN it quit working on day 11. Super happy it didn’t quit working while I was on vacation. Even though I had someone checking in during the evenings, the cats would have gone unfed all day. Returning ASAP. The worst.N. Nurse
