Total garbage
I accidentally unlinked my feeder due to the terrible English. It will now not link properly. The interface of this app is garbage. What an expensive piece of useless junk. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves....did you even try?PnsettaInPsnRain
Poor Support and Instructions
Poorly written instruction manual. When you can finally link the app to the pet feeder, it works for the first feeding but then stops working. No instructions on how to fix it. Delete and redone Los app?Unspoiled By Spoiled Hippo
Bad user interface
This review is for the app only, and not the pet feeder (which I have had zero problems with).
The layout and way you need to interact with the app doesn't really make any sense. My biggest problem with this app is that it doesn't offer the ability to change your time standard/zones. It's also not a true native app, it's more of a wrapper with a web view. I have faith that this will improve over time. Everything works.JohnJoshson

This was awesome the first 3 days now my video doesn't work even when I'm at home right next to it under the same wifi.... not sure if they need to update a version or something but it still feeds her automatically but I can't see her when I'm at work anymore. Maybe if the mic worked that would still be worth itNatatae
It's ok
I bought this for the feeedom of not having to worry about me being home during feeding times because of work. And the fact that I could watch my pet to see if she is ok. The feeding mechanism is great, just wish we could put in ounces instead of portions. The video hardly ever works! That is the biggest disappoint most of the time it's just a black screen so I miss seeing my pet feeding. It's a lot of money to work only a few times...Pen1sky
Very hard to connect
This is a great idea however it is very hard to connect this product to wifi (which is necessary for product to work) and there are zero troubleshooting instructions. The instructions are very basic and written in poor English making them hard to figure out. I would not recommend buying this product or waisting your time with this app.idnycc
Binding??
I loved the app before the recent update. After the update, my feeder and the app on my phone are no longer bound. I have tried to pair them again, but the app says that it is "temporarily unable to use 5G WLAN." How do I fix this? Will there be another update?BaileyKitten
