Lost courses and certificates

Emailed over a dozen times to try and resolve repeated issues. Tried many times to get it resolved. I’ve had to repeat courses so many times and each time all the data gets lost. Wouldn’t recommend downloading.

Worth it, but beware of bugs.

I bought Pro and am happy I did. A wide variety of topics, most lessons are compact and not wasting anyone’s time, and clearer explanations than other apps. However, there are a few bugs and the Grammar/English can be tough at times. To me, the point of language is to convey ideas, so it doesn’t matter if you use the wrong “your” or say ain’t, but some of these statements in here have to be read several times to make sense. Lots of typos. For bugs, my courses don’t track progress correctly. I refresh and the percentage hops around, even if I’ve completed the course. Completed courses don’t show up under completed. I’ve done six or seven and only one is there. I can’t change my name or picture even though I’m typing in my password correctly. I think the save button doesn’t work in the top right corner. Several random crashes. I am running the newest update of the app and iOS. Also, quit asking me to rate five stars after every lesson. I’ve rated 5 stars several times. Here’s 3 more

Awesome! Made understanding easy

I’m taking a class in data science, and sometimes it goes over my head. This app really explains things well so I can understand the content better. There are frequent quizzes to check my understanding, which makes the app interactive and keeps me from getting bored. I like how many different courses there are, too.

Great app but full of bugs

Progress keeps resetting, impossible to keep track of where you left off. Finished seven or so courses, program crashed. Learn section erased all previous courses I had enrolled, upon refreshing goes back to some previous state. Progress under profile where it's meant to keep track of finished courses - does not update at all. Stuck at two courses I finished months ago. So all in all a great way to learn if you don't care about keeping your progress or having a track record.

Love it

I am my mom's caregiver; mom has dementia and Alzheimer's. my time is limited. These programs help me learn at my pace. My goal is to learn everything I can about the Apple-Microsoft office. Earn about the internet. I taught myself how to build, fix, and upgrade computers. I want to work from home on computers. Anything you think I will benefit from, let me know. Thank you

Not happy

Decided to pay extra and upgrade to pro on this app to unlock all the courses. Not only has my money been deducted off my account but I still do not have access to the pro features!!!!
Have emailed the app twice and a single response has not been provided yet!

Great but one really bad problem.

Frick why the heck do I have to buy Pro or share it on Facebook for some of the features. I’m too young for Facebook you morons. Also I bet you would make a lot more money if you lowered the price permanently of buying the pro Version. And I don’t mean a sale I actually mean permanently. If you hack me you would see that I have Facebook but that’s actually just messenger kids. But this is still a good app. Just lower the prices and get rid of that entire share on Facebook Thing. I bet you would have a lot more good reviews and a lot more customers if you just did that. Otherwise this is a great app.

Just letting you know I’m having the same issue another reviewer had of it saying I still need to pay for pro after I already did. Update: it has been fixed in a timely manner after a few emails, thanks for the quick response time and allowing full use of the pro!
