PTCL Touch app crashing on iOS
I have an iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 17.1.2.
I had been using the PTCL Touch app for many years; however, for the last several months every time I try to log in the app crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times, but to no avail.
Please help resolve.

Absolute Signup Disaster
It seems everyone having the same problem for over the year and yet it persists which brings me to the next point, “terrible administration.” Whoever was responsible for creating the app did a terrible job, and unfortunately, they are not liable to answer anyone because the company they work for is running on public tax money.
