Worst service

Don’t use PTCL it’s the worst service ever, customer support staff has no clue what they are doing All over a very disappointing

Cannot pay through app

When paying through credit card pay button stays green until you enter all payment details, and when everything is entered correctly pay button is disabled and deactivated. Makes absolutely no sense, looks like developers had less sleep due to load shedding

Worst app, will never allow to sign up

Worst app by Pakistan largest telecom company. It will never allow you to sign up, let alone the app utility. On registration screen it says special characters not allowed for password creation. When you proceed, it shows error on following screen that at least one special character is mandatory in password. If you go back to previous screen and adjust password it will show error on same screen without any details/description. I created a new email account just to give another try and sign up but same idiotic error cycle.

Error Signup

It always gives an error while signing up. Alot of customers have written the same review here but still it has not been resolved. Poor show on part of PTCL. Dont make an app if u cannot fix the issues

Pathetic App

Everyone please don’t waste your time. It will never register you. Always error and will crash sooner or later.
PTCL is just another sunken ship. So don’t waste your time and money.
App developers must have been some PARCHI guys. They can’t even make such a small app in working condition.
