App glitches constantly, manifests get permanently stuck, have to totally delete and re-download app to get it to work for new manifests. Awful.

App freeze after manifest synchronization, now the manifest is stuck in transit and neither synchronize after this app was reinstalled.
Crashes
This app used to be very reliable app, since the IOS 13 update I cant open that app because it simply crashes and wont open. This should be updated ASAP since we use this a lot in the delivery of medicines for our patients

Good app!
It’s a good app I just wish the navigation was improved, reading the turn by turn is not really helpful when you’re driving.

I want to uninstall this update. I don't want to see the map view unless I ask for it.
This app and the whole software is living in the 90s
This app specifically lives in the 90s because after the deliveries are uploaded to the app, you have the option to look at the stops on a map but it won’t route the delivery for the driver based on a “start end address fastest route”. Now you tell me how easy or cheap that can be done. They haven’t done it even though I complained about it 4years ago. And that is their tech support.

The app is very capable of routing a user from the user's current location to the destination with the most efficient route possible. I agree, this is very easy to do and has been done for years on our app using both Google Maps & Apple Maps. Do you an LTE / Cellular device? Without it, directions could only be generated when on Wifi so a hotspot would be needed for live directions. "They haven’t done it even though I complained about it 4years ago". Please send me an email directly at mobile@rx30.com and I will gladly explain to you how the directions work on our app. I'm unsure what you complained about 4 years ago since our app originally launched with mapping directions on v1.0
