As a first time mom, this ad was a huge help!!

Recent update forces users to authorise personal data usage for ads
This was a great app but a recent update forces users to consent to personal data being used for advertising purposes. Not only is this a breach of GDPR, it’s entirely unnecessary for ads to be personalised to display them in the app - which is the reason given in the dialogue box.
Legitimate interest is also being used incorrectly here.

Hello, We value your feedback. Our app strives to minimize the collection of personal information. However, unfortunately, it seems that Google AdMob, the advertising platform we use, operates differently. We use Google AdMob and have developed according to Google's development guidelines. We face difficulties in tailoring our development as we cannot know the internal workings of how Google AdMob handles this from Google's advertising settings. We hope to allow users to use our app without opting for personalized ads. We would like to inform you that we had to develop according to the guide because, starting next year, Google AdMob might block ads otherwise. We will further investigate ways to use the app without personalized ads. -- Added information 1 -- We have disabled all settings related to personalized ads in the Google AdMob settings. If you go to 'Ad Data Usage Consent Settings' in the app settings, deny it, and then proceed to agree again, I believe you will be able to consent with the personalized ad settings disabled. You can check the activation status by pressing 'Manage Options', and then press the 'Back' button at the top to proceed with the agreement. (We are also puzzled as to why Google AdMob designed it so that the settings screen closes when you press 'Confirm choices'.) -- Added information 2 -- We have investigated the behavior of Google ads through various channels. During this process, we realized that we had misunderstood some operations in areas not described in Google's advertising development guide. You are correct in what you have informed us. We will prioritize fixing this issue. Thank you. --- Added information 3 --- We have resolved the issue and deployed a new version to the App Store. My partner and I have been using this app since our 9mo was born and I don’t know what we would have done without it. It’s simple, customizable, well lain out, and best of all it syncs between two parents phones - that is KEY and somehow not a feature of most baby tracking apps! I eventually bought the paid version because the price was very reasonable (like 6$) but my partner never did because the ads are not really intrusive and he doesn’t use the app as much as I do. Overall 10/10 would and do recommend this app for new parents 👍🏻Show lessAlisonst123

This App is awesome! The only reason and feedback for giving 4 stars is that it doesn’t reset the diaper change after you click “bath”. You shouldn't have to put another “changed diaper” when you bath them because at that point, they are clean and you would put a new diaper on. I hope that is something they will fix. I’ve used 3 different baby tracking apps and this is my favorite so far! I love that you can add a caregiver so me and my sons dad can keep track of feedings in the middle of the night when one of us is sleeping while the other is feeding. I also like that it gives notifications based on the last feeding. The only additions I would make would be showing the amount of feedings per day. It shows how many ounces but I would also like to know the amount of times. Either way it’s such a helpful app and the widget is awesome!Show lessNikkialyce

This app has been amazing in tracking our newborn! We really love it.
The one thing I would change is being able to display the weekly pattern by a typical day. For example, 7am to 7am the following day. This was all nighttime sleep can be easily compared. Right now it is difficult to view sleep patterns because you have to constantly check the day before as it is currently viewed from 12-12.
