APP ISSUE SOLVED 👍
Like most other reviewers I was also getting no further than the “please turn on the scooter” screen in the app. I was just about to give up and return the hoverboard then realised you simply need to swipe left at the “please turn on the scooter” screen in the app to continue with the set up!!
After doing so the app works perfectly! 🙄😁

It’s doesn’t work
My board connects to my phone with Bluetooth, but the app says “ please turn on the scooter” and it just stays on that screen. Please fix this issue. I am an IOS user

Bluetooth is connected to my hoverboard and I can hear calls through the speaker but this app doesn't see the board when I tap the Bluetooth icon and won't connect to it
Doesn’t work since update.
The app updated two days ago and now it will not connect to the Hoverboard. It just shows “power on device” although Bluetooth is connected on my iOS device.
Can’t sync to the app
I can get it to connect to Bluetooth but the app always says turn on when it is… please fix

App registration does not work
The app forces you to a login screen and or signup but then every time I try either you get a “network error” - the support page for the developer is a domain that’s up for sale - this is a terrible app and terrible support - can anyone here help?

I sign up for this app and IT DOES NOT EVEN SIGN UP IT just sends me back to the home page I RECOMMEND NOT GETTING THIS APP
