App is garbage
Wont even let me link hoverboard just says “please turn on the scooter” have tried numerous times to connect since before Christmas thinking maybe it needed updated so waited till now to review. Please sort this out. Hoverboard works but want to be able to control it and use the speakers (it won’t even connect via Bluetooth because of app I assume)

Broken!!!!
After a few months of inactivity I was riding my bored when the battery was low, I had just charged it and was curious about the charge on the device, so I reinstalled it and to my suppose when I logged back in it wouldn’t log me in even after many attempts.
App doesn’t work
When I try and log into the app it says there is a network error and I have a full perfect connection to good WiFi. It’s almost impossible to use the hoverboard without the app. Does anyone know how to get round this?
