Big fix not worked
I see there was an update to the app 3 weeks ago. I have an iPhone and this app does not work at all.
It has issues trying to register details. Once you get in the app just crashes, constantly.
Hopefully a new update will be issued soon as I’m unable to do anything via the app with the board.

I’ve bought the bluefin hoverboard because it had the best reviews but didn’t see anything about this app 😠 I downloaded it but now it won’t load when I click the TaoTao plus icon!!! Please fix this bug!

Absolutely devistated! Daughter had this from Santa and we can’t put the music on! As a Dad I want to control speed for her but every time I try to connect it crashes! It will be going back if not fixed quickly. One very upset little girl and Parents who spent a lot of money!
App crashes immediately after opening.
Disappointing start to the main Christmas present we gave our son. After downloading the unsecured app, which opened briefly, we have been unable to use the app which crashes on opening every time. An update for the iPhone would be most welcome.
Very disappointed
Doesn’t work with OS13.3 which extremely inhibits the use of the board because you cannot a just speed and performance parameters. I’ll be returning the board and getting one that doesn’t require this app.

Not working with iPhone just crashes. Very disappointed and hoverboard company bluefin told me it wasn’t their problem and get in touch with TaoTao. Only brought hoverboard for the app features. Disgusted quite frankly for false advertising on bluefins behalf.
