THE APP NOW CRASHES WHEN EVER I TRY TO OPEN IT I would like to get that fixed as soon as possible and I’m a iOS user

I just picked up two hoverboards for my kids Christmas and there is no possible way I’m letting them even try their boards without some form of speed control. App opens long enough to see the screen and then crashes. 90% of hoverboards use this app and developer can’t fix issues because too busy counting their cash.

App crashes constantly, even after uninstalling and reinstalling

Still doesn’t work
Even thought the app was updated for bug fixes 2 days ago it still crashes when I try and open it in iOS 13 - really disappointed and would recommend anyone to avoid a hoverboard that uses this app - there are no alternative apps that work with these balance boards so if you think the board will be app enabled it won’t

Software now useless- like the developers
Despite repeated requests that it does not work on iOS 13, there is still not a working version. Developers - get your act together and get a working version out ASAP! (I can’t pilot lower than 1 star)
App will not stay open
Still doesn’t connect (as I see in previous reviews) and app keeps shutting down. Effectively useless. Would love if the app worked as advertised but nope! At least the scooter works lol. I have an iPhone 10X and have tried restarting the phone, shutting it off for a half hour, deleting and reinstalling the app in various combinations and still won’t work. A shame.
