Was working but suddenly stopped
I originally used this app as a supplement to my book which detailed most of the cruise ships as I’m a Travel Agent. Recently I had to update my phone and now my app doesn’t work. Before it stopped listing any cruise ship altogether, it politely advised me that an update was available for purchase so I grabbed it. I also purchased through the app River cruises. Now I can’t see anything. I have done everything on my end to restart the app and I cannot redownload anything. Now I just want a refund.Show lessSRALONG
A disastrous app
The app does not work.
Simple.
Despite following all the steps correctly, scanning the code, answering the questions, the app gives an error message and does not provide the advertised free eBook. The problem is persistently repeatable wig multiple attempts and can be traced back to the ridiculous "app".Show lessWt1000000000

Don't waste your time with this
Their book is ok, but this "free" app only wants your email to "sign in" and tries to sell more. Complete waste of time.RickyDeDe
Doesn't work, don't buy the insight guides
I got the Insight guide because I thought that I'd be able to get the book on my phone, so I didn't have to carry it around. But when I scan the QR code, it asks for two verification questions, "where are you from?", and "where do you want to go?" How stupid are these questions, and the people who wrote them? Is there even a correct answer for the second one? Just because I have a guide for California, doesn't mean that where I really want to go isnt Africa. I've just typed in the name of the country that the guide is for, and so far have yet to ever move past the questions. It just says "unable to verify". So if you did what I did, and got the insight guide because you thought you could also get the book on your phone, it doesn't work. Don't bother, just get whichever guide you like the best, lonely planet, fodors, rough guide, etc.Show lessmisccrl
